Metaphysical...Eyewitness to History

This will be a new feature at Metaphysical. Over the years I've managed to be on the scene to witness some of history's greatest events. In this one you can see I'm housed in the lunar landing module, tipping my hat and raising my martini to Neil Armstrong and the American people. Next up, the fall of the Berlin Wall!

This is great. Just like Forrest Gump.

Wow, you're quite the lucky interplanetary traveler. Can't wait for your visit to the Berlin wall.

yeah, just like forrest gump, hadn't thought about that. actually, my inspiration was Rich Hall who did a similar bit on SNL in the mid-80s in which he had a collection of baseball cards that included him in the background. he was a funny dude. wrote a book called Sniglets which was a book of "words that aren't in the dictionary that should be." Words like "blivet"--searching for the cold spot on the pillow, and "voit lock"--when the basketball gets wedged between backboard and hoop.

yeah, DF--look for the berlin wall posting very soon. Ich bein berliner!
