This one's from Nordstrom. I'm surprised I wasn't accosted by one of the floor staff and forbidden to shoot. Seems like the type of store that would pull that kinda shit.

That's an interesting observation -- I don't think I pay enough attention to mannequins to distinguish race...but now that you mention it, it does seem a bit unusual.
Looks like a touch of vitiligo, though... It's a shame.
I hate to say it but, from this angle, this looks like a mannequin strung out on something (look at the glazed eyes).
